Job Description

We’re Hiring: HR Officer (Remote)

Global Workforce Support | Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (SGT)


Are you passionate about people, organization, and building a positive remote work culture? Join our Global Workforce Support team as an HR Officer and play a vital role in supporting HR operations for a diverse, international workforce. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for global team members
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and contract preparation
  • Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Track performance management processes, evaluations, and HR documentation
  • Provide day-to-day HR support for employee inquiries and escalate sensitive concerns when needed
  • Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and benefits administration (region-dependent)
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and summaries
  • Support internal communications, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Assist with employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, HR Admin, or similar role
  • Experience supporting teams across multiple countries or time zones is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office (HR systems experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
