Job Summary

The Success Development Officer is a dedicated HR role focused on supporting employees placed on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to successfully achieve the desired outcomes. By providing structured guidance, resources, and mentorship, the Success Development Officer aims to help staff improve their performance and retain their roles, benefiting both the client and Outsourced.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Managers, Department Heads, and Team Leaders to develop, monitor, and refine PIPs tailored to individual employees’ needs.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to employees on PIPs to help them understand expectations, identify areas of improvement, and create actionable plans for progress.
  • Facilitate access to training resources, e-learning modules, workshops, and other development tools suitable for the employee’s role.
  • Track employee progress throughout the PIP process and provide regular feedback to employees and their supervisors.
  • Coordinate with subject-matter experts within various departments (CX, Admin, Finance, Creative, Marketing, Engineering, IT, etc.) to address role-specific challenges.
  • Develop and maintain a resource library of training materials and tools to support employees across all departments.
  • Ensure all PIP-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on PIP progress, trends, and outcomes to HR leadership.
  • Provide recommendations for adjustments to PIPs or additional support as necessary.
  • Promote a positive and supportive environment where employees feel encouraged to achieve their performance goals.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience in HR roles, employee coaching, or performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across various departments.
  • Familiarity with performance management processes, including PIPs.
  • Commitment to employee growth and development.

Work Location

Hybrid, Eastwood candidate 3x a week in the office; Midshift (1-3PM to 10PM to 12MN)
