- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and screening applicants.
- Maintain employee records and update databases as necessary.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Help organize training sessions and employee development programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with various HR projects.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
