Description
- Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies.
- Help in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment and candidate screening.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, team-oriented, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
