Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 1 year of work experience in HR & Admin role
• Experience working medical-related operations and manufacturing industry.
• Knowledgeable in PEZA visa processing, government benefits administration, payroll, and end-to-end recruitment
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensured compliance with employment and labor laws
• Maintained accurate employee databases and proper attendance records
• Handled end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Assisted the HR Manager in policy development, hiring processes, and salary administration
• Coordinated new employee orientation and training programs to support smooth integration into the company
