招聘管理：
- 负责公司全流程招聘工作，包括发布职位信息、筛选简历、安排面试及进行初步面试。招聘岗位主要在TikTok主播、操作员、KOL运营专员、内容运营专员等岗位。
- 与部门负责人协作，明确招聘需求，确保招聘流程高效顺畅。
- 办理员工入职、离职、转正、调动等相关手续。
- 负责员工考勤、请假及报销管理。
- 准确核算并按时发放员工薪资。
- 负责办公室日常行政事务，包括办公用品采购、设备维护与管理等。
- 维护办公环境，确保办公设施正常运转。
- 协助公司进行商务谈判、会议等活动的组织与协调工作。
【任职资格】
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，英语流利；掌握中文者优先。
- 具备1-2年以上人事行政相关工作经验，有中英文翻译经验者优先考虑。
- 有TikTok、MCN机构或直播主播等相关岗位招聘经验者优先，如拥有相关人才库资源更佳。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力及团队合作精神。
