- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job posting to offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
- Source candidates through various channels and networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with internship experience in recruitment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting, employee relations, and talent management skills; proficiency in candidate screening; excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in talent acquisition processes; screen candidates; conduct interviews; facilitate employee onboarding.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; must be adaptable to changing demands.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and a passion for people.
