  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training sessions and onboarding processes.
  • Help resolve employee queries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, payroll, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and people management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in candidate screening, coordinate recruitment efforts, and manage employee records.
