Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Administer benefits and payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong abilities in employee relations, recruitment, and retention; attention to detail; effective recruiting skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, enhance employee engagement, and support retention strategies.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require some overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, ability to maintain confidentiality, and adaptability.
