Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as memos, forms, letters, and reports.
  • Assist in organizing and filing documents for recruitment, employee movements, and other HR transactions.
  • Handle logistics for HR programs, orientations, and events (e.g., booking venues, preparing materials).
  • Monitor and replenish office and HR supplies, ensuring availability at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of HR reports, government compliance documents, and other administrative requirements.

Employee Services

  • Support HR personnel in handling employee inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in the distribution of payslips, memos, and other HR communications.
  • Help facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation.

Records and Compliance

  • Keep personnel files up to date with employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure proper documentation for government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Support HR audits and compliance checks by maintaining complete and organized records.

General Coordination

  • Coordinate with other departments for administrative requirements related to HR.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR activities.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the HR Officer or Manager.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with filing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
