Job Description

As an HR Officer, it is important to us he/she models our core values, spreads optimism, diligent, analytical, embraces change, independent, resourceful, and with high ethical standards.


He/She will be guided and mentored by the CEO to adhere the company's vision, mission, and objectives. The successful candidate will learn organisational transformation and innovate traditional HR function into a purpose-driven and relevant HR practice in today's VUCA world. Work with a team of HR professionals who seeks to understand and transform lives. 


Job Objectives:

  • To improve job satisfaction and lower overall attrition.
  • To build a strong employer presence and engagement culture.
  • To strengthen ethical standards and values system.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gather knowledge skills gap and conduct learning development activities.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies and employee engagement programs. 
  • Design and lead performance and labor management programs.
  • Manage employee conflict resolution activities.
  • Support HR functions e.g. admin, recruitment, and operations

Job Specifications:

  • Has at least 3 years of HR experience.
  • Working knowledge in People Development.
  • Proven experience in counselling, behavioural assessment, and public engagement. 
  • Willing to work full-time in San Juan City.
