- Record and data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, update HR databases, and manage confidential information.
- Recruitment and onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and support the onboarding and offboarding of new employees.
- Document and correspondence: Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and new hire guides, and handle HR-related correspondence.
- Benefits and payroll support: Assist with benefits administration, answer employee questions about benefits, and provide data to the payroll department.
- Policy and compliance: Help implement and enforce HR policies, and ensure that HR practices comply with labor laws.
- Employee support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and help resolve HR-related issues.
