Job Description

  • Manage and administer employee benefit programs including health, retirement, and wellness plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding benefits enrollment, eligibility, and claims.
  • Coordinate with vendors and insurance providers to ensure effective delivery of benefits services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee benefits and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new benefit initiatives and programs.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR benefits administration or a related area.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of employee benefits regulations and compliance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
