We are looking for People and Culture Officer for Growth to focus on project management, technical inputs offering solutions and support to our Water business unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Implement employer branding initiatives to attract high quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
- Implement best practices for candidate experience and diversity hiring.
- Ensure all necessary pre-employment and onboarding documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
- Conduct onboarding check-ins to support employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor and assess the onboarding experience, implementing improvements as needed.
Business Partnering
- Support workforce planning and talent pipeline strategies.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategies.
- Assist in executing employee engagement and retention programs.
- Identify and support training and development initiatives.
Culture & Employee Experience
- Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Talent Optimization
- Implements and continuously reviews the Goals and Performance Management program to foster performance-based culture.
- Designs, implements, and continuously reviews the talent management program to ensure the development of high potential talents in the organization and OD intervention projects.
- In collaboration with team leaders, continuously monitors the implementation of the Individual Development Plans of team members.
- Executes needed leadership assessment tools and collaborates with leaders to ensure data driven assessments with the necessary interventions.
- Participates and supports the Strategic Workforce Planning efforts of Business Units.
- Designs and implements learning and development intervention programs such as Coaching & Job Rotation program, Management Traineeship, etc.
- Maintains and recommends changes as needed related to change management, organizational structure for long term effectiveness to achieve business goals.
Organization
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum at least 4 years of experience in TA, OD, L&D, etc.
- Design and execution of departmental org re- structure and development.
- Spearheading cross-functional HR end-to-end projects and deliverables submission.
- Leads recruitment and hiring processes, workforce management practices, talent development, SWP and change management
- Strong experience in a Generalist/Business Partnership role/s.
- Demonstrated progression and increased scope in a matrixed, high-growth organization
- Focus on stakeholder management.
- Experience in managing or supporting multiple HR projects, change management, organizational effectiveness, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational development initiatives.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Commendable presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance.
