▼ Required Qualifications

・Over 7 years of practical experience in the engineering field

・More than 3 years of management experience

・Experience in project management

・Knowledge of AI (including personal learning experience)

・Fluent Japanese language skills

・Experience in launching products or services from scratch

・Experience in application maintenance and operation

・Understanding of engineering best practices, methodologies, and tools such as Agile/Scrum, test automation, and CI/CD

Working Conditions

Due to the necessity of complying with customer security policies in the system development work provided by our company, we are looking for individuals who meet the following conditions.

• Work Location Restrictions

Based on customer-specified security requirements, the work location is limited to within Japan or regions permitted by the customer. If you need to work temporarily outside Japan, prior approval from both the customer and our company is required.

• Network Environment

It is necessary to use a secure network environment specified by the customer while working. There may be restrictions on network usage in certain areas, so please confirm the details during the interview.

• Work Style

If you wish to work remotely, you must comply with the customer’s security requirements.

• Handling of Borrowed Items

Equipment such as PCs, peripherals, and storage devices loaned from our company and the customer is prohibited from being taken outside Japan without permission or used by third parties. If it is necessary to use them outside Japan, prior approval from both the customer and our company must be obtained.
