The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and test HVAC systems and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective parts and ensure system performance meets specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Comply with safety standards and regulations during all operations.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess TESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (HVAC/R NC II).
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance (preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit to handle fieldwork and equipment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
