Description
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze data to improve quality control and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement systems for inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements.
- Utilize statistical methods and modeling to solve industrial challenges.
- Conduct time studies and implement best practices in workflow.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency with 7QC tools, 8D methodology, CAD, and Solidworks.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
