Industry Researcher

Primary Responsibilities

• Track and analyze the latest cryptocurrency market trends, public chain ecosystems, hot sectors, and project developments
• Conduct in-depth research on project economic models, token structures, liquidity profiles, competitive landscapes, and more
• Monitor on-chain data and market metrics to identify potential alpha opportunities
• Produce high-quality research reports to support market-making decisions and strategy execution
• Collaborate with BD and trading teams to assess the risk–reward profiles of partners or new assets
• Continuously develop research methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Our Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in crypto industry research, investment analysis, token research, or secondary markets
• Familiar with mainstream crypto sectors (DeFi, L2, RWAs, AI, GameFi, etc.) and narrative evolution
• Strong quantitative analysis skills; proficient with tools such as Dune, Nansen, and Token Terminal
• Adept at using on-chain data and market signals to derive insights into project performance and market reactions
• Market intuitive, highly sensitive to narratives, and eager to dive into information flows to formulate independent perspectives
• Preferred: background in investment banking, consulting, financial advisory, research institutes, or fund research; proficiency in Chinese/English or Chinese/Korean
