Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This remote role focuses on driving business growth through outbound cold calling, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing connections with prospective and existing customers, recommending the right solutions, and converting leads into sales opportunities. You will be instrumental in creating initial customer engagements and contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Outbound Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers, establishing trust and initiating business discussions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through strategic cold calls, prospecting, and generating qualified leads.
  • Appointment Booking: Schedule meetings with leads for further sales conversations or follow-ups, maintaining a steady pipeline of appointments.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate products or services based on their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide clear, detailed information about product features, benefits, and services to prospective leads, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments, adjusting your approach to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing customers, maximizing revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in US cold calling, lead generation, or appointment booking is highly preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively communicate product offerings.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Objection Handling: Skilled at overcoming objections and closing sales in a timely manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage customer databases and sales records.
