Description
- Install and repair structures made of wood, metal, and other materials.
- Construct and lay bricks or blocks for various masonry projects.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials for precise fit.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout installation procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing structures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in installation, masonry, and carpentry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in carpentry techniques, blueprint reading, and the use of power tools.
- Working Conditions: Work in various settings including indoors and outdoors, often in physically demanding conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
