- Installation: Physically install smart locks on residential and commercial doors, ensuring proper alignment and security according to manufacturer instructions.
- Technical setup: Connect the locks to Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi networks and set up any associated mobile apps.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to connectivity, functionality, or the installation itself.
- Customer support: Provide on-site training to customers on how to operate the smart lock, its features, and the associated app.
- Quality assurance: Ensure all installations are completed correctly, safely, and meet company standards.
- Documentation: Accurately record and report on installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
