  • Responsible for counting all physical inventory
  • Assist with general tasks in the stockroom and in departments within the store 
  • Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-operated reports 
  • Computer literate and familiar with Word & Excel 
  • Willing to do fieldwork 


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with relevant coursework.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management skills, basic math proficiency, and accurate data entry abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, potential for overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive individual with a willingness to learn.
