Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description
- Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams.
- Implement inventory control procedures and systems.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management.
- Assist in training staff on inventory best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may involve some warehouse exposure.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
