【Job Responsibilities】

 1. Research and track global trends in the Web3 industry, project developments, and technological advancements.

 2. Conduct feasibility assessments, financial model construction, and valuation analysis for blockchain and virtual asset-related projects.

 3. Participate in project due diligence, write investment analysis reports, and prepare internal and external reporting materials.

 4. Involve in investment plan design, transaction structuring, and investment execution processes.

 5. Establish and maintain a network of relationships with project parties, VC institutions, and ecosystem partners.

 6. Assist the company in managing its investment portfolio, continuously monitoring project progress and market performance.

 7. Support research and implementation of strategic projects such as stablecoin issuance and ecosystem layout.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, blockchain technology, or related fields.

 2. Experience:

 • More than 2 years of experience in investment analysis, equity investment, VC/PE, management consulting, investment banking, etc.

 • Preference for candidates with investment or research background in Web3, Crypto, DeFi, GameFi, Layer1/Layer2, etc.

 3. Language:

 • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

 • Cantonese speakers preferred.

 4. Identity Requirements:

 • Permanent residents of Hong Kong, holders of Hong Kong work visas, or those with Hong Kong residency/work qualifications.

 5. Skills:

 • Excellent financial modeling and data analysis skills.

 • Familiarity with Tokenomics, principles of smart contracts, and underlying blockchain technology logic.

 • Strong curiosity and learning ability regarding emerging technologies and business models.

 6. Personality:

 • Logically rigorous, strong communication skills, and a team player.

 • Strong resilience under pressure and adaptability to the rapidly changing Web3 market environment.
