Description
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Install and configure hardware and software components.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
- Assist in IT project implementation and documentation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level:
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, networking fundamentals, and system administration.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical support, manage IT equipment, assist with system upgrades, and maintain documentation.
- Working Conditions:
- Office environment with potential on-call duties; may involve occasional long hours.
- Qualities and Traits:
- Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
