Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
  • Assist in training users on software and systems.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Network Security, Database Management (SQL, MongoDB), Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, maintain databases, and implement monitoring solutions.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
