Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and determine solutions.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain and manage IT inventory and documentation.
- Assist with network issues and ensure system security.
- Collaborate with teams to improve IT processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, strong communication skills, and customer service orientation.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work, may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, adaptable, and team player.
