The Information Technology (IT) Staff will be in charge in maintain computer networks, providing technical supports and ensuring that the system of the whole company runs smoothly. It also includes the troubleshooting, barcode integration, computer configuration and installation, SAP System Process, and other computer or system concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting
• Remotely support the Pasay users troubleshooting their computer.
• Diagnosis of the System unit and replacement of hardware peripherals such as Power supply, RAM, HDD, SSD, mouse, keyboard, monitor, and cables for system units.
• Troubleshoots the printer errors and network errors.
• Creates ethernet cable from RJ45 and UTP cable to replace broken ethernet cables that are being used by the users.
• Reformat the corrupted Operating System of computers

Barcode Integration

• Set-ups Bartender connection to Barcode Integration Database and create templates for Barcode Setup for stores.
• Customizes and calibrates the barcode per store.
• Set-ups connections of the Bartender’s computer network to the printer.

Configuration and Installation

• Configuration of the printer network and connection between the users and the printer.
• In charge in installation of the following:
• Uninterruptible Power Supply for closed-circuit television power over ethernet switch and switch.
• SAP Business One in Tanza users, and Pasay users.
• SOPHOS antivirus for SAP Business One Users in Tanza and Pasay.
• other software like Viber, Teams, and Microsoft 365.

SAP Processes

• Trains new user in Operations using SAP Business One.
• Support and assistance in SAP Users.
• Transferring of Licenses of SAP Users
• Back-ups Asyst server.
• Monitoring the Wi-Fi users in Tanza warehouse.
• Monitor Asyst and SAP Server in Tanza Warehouse.
• Maintenance of CCTV in Tanza Warehouse.

Job Qualification: *

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• With at least one (1) year experience as IT
• Basic troubleshooting skills (onsite and remote)
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software.
• With knowledge in SAP System
• Basic LAN and WAN configuration & installation
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Excellent in active listening, negotiations, and presentation skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
