Location: Philippines - Ortigas/ Cebu

Schedule: Night Shift


Job Description:

We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager to support our U.S.-based clients. This individual will serve as a trusted technical advisor and point of contact for client accounts, leveraging strong communication skills and foundational networking knowledge to ensure client satisfaction and resolve technical concerns effectively.

The ideal candidate has experience interfacing with international teams, is comfortable in high-stakes conversations, and can bridge the gap between technical concepts and client understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned client accounts
  • Translate technical issues into clear, client-facing communication
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues
  • Work with internal teams (engineering, support, operations) to coordinate solutions
  • Monitor client environments and proactively address potential issues
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through regular check-ins and performance reviews
  • Stay updated on relevant networking technologies and standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client environments, interactions, and resolutions

Qualification and requirements:

  • Strong executive presence with clear and confident communication skills
  • Experience supporting international (preferably U.S.-based) clients
  • Comfortable on camera and capable of maintaining eye contact in video calls
  • Confident interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a remote or hybrid work setup
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information TechnologyComputer Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT networking (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, firewalls)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid environments

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications: Net+, CCNA, CCDA, CWNA, CMNA, CMNO
  • Hands-on experience with: Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki wireless environments
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as:
  • TCP/IP, VLANs, WAN/LAN topologies
  • Firewalls, ACLs, routers/switches configuration
  • Exposure to: DOCSIS, GPON, LINUX (basic understanding is sufficient)
  • Experience in hospitality IT environments

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid (Ortigas office + remote flexibility)
  • Must be available to work U.S. time zone hours
  • Video interviews and virtual meetings require camera-on participation and eye contact

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT networking, including knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience supporting international, preferably U.S.-based, clients.
