- バス運行に使用されるハードウェアおよびデバイス（ルーター、CCTV、GPS、POS、タブレット、検査官用ボディカメラ）のインストール、設定、展開を行います。
- システムが効果的に機能していることを確認するため、定期的なチェックおよび保守作業を実施します。
- ハードウェアおよび接続に関する問題のトラブルシューティング（現地またはリモート）を行います。
- 技術的な課題およびサービスリクエストに関して、フィールドチームをサポートします。
- IT機器、修理、交換の在庫管理およびログの記録を行います。
- サービスおよびサポートのために、第三者のベンダーと連携します。
- デバイスの展開、設定、保守に関する文書を提供します。
- システムのパフォーマンスチェックを実施し、繰り返し発生する問題を報告します。
- システムの展開、アップグレード、または変更時にサポートを提供します。
- ソフトウェアのインストールおよび更新を支援します。
- システムがデータおよび運用のセキュリティ基準に準拠していることを保証します。
