Job Description

  • Provide first-level support to users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Document and track support tickets using a ticketing system.
  • Help in setting up and configuring user accounts and systems.
  • Maintain a knowledge base with common issues and solutions.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or Student with relevant internships.
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
