• Design and deliver engaging lessons on the fundamentals and advanced aspects of the Japanese language
• Teach students to read, write, speak, and comprehend Japanese effectively
• Guide learners in interpreting Japanese within cultural and linguistic contexts
• Provide clear translations or explanations to bridge understanding where necessary
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials tailored to student needs
• Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages progress and confidence

Job Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese (native or near-native proficiency; with official certificate at least N3 level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Foreign Languages, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Japanese grammar, linguistics, and culture
• Proven ability to teach and inspire learners; highly motivated and dedicated educator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Prior teaching or customer service experience is an advantage
