Job Description
- 负责 Java 对日项目的开发和管理工作
- 负责项目团队的组建和管理，协调团队成员之间的工作；
- 负责与日本客户沟通，理解客户需求，制定项目计划和时间表；
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
5 年以上 Java 开发经验，2 年以上项目管理经验；
熟悉 Java 编程语言，熟悉常用的 Java 开发框架和工具；
具备良好的团队管理和沟通协调能力；
具备良好的日语听说读写能力。
