Job Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain regular project requirements and features, collaborate with clients to fulfill requirement development, and promptly identify and resolve online issues.

Technical Skills

   Experience Requirements: Solid foundation in Java, proficient in multi-threaded development and JVM tuning;

Framework Requirements:

   Proficient in practical implementations of Spring Boot + Spring Cloud;

   Skilled in using MyBatis/Hibernate and other ORM frameworks, with in-depth understanding of AOP, inversion of control principles, and mainstream design patterns;

   Experience in technical solution selection and architectural design;

Project Background (must meet at least one)

   Transaction Order System: Familiar with the logic of spot order types and optimization experience in high concurrency, high availability, and high security scenarios;

   On-chain Deposit and Withdrawal Business: Experience with mainstream third-party wallet integration, proficient in business engineering implementation and reliability optimization;

   Fiat Currency Business: Familiar with C2C, OTC, and other fiat trading businesses, with engineering implementation experience;

   Technical Stack Requirements: Proficient in using components such as MySQL, Redis, RocketMQ/Kafka, with understanding of their advantages and disadvantages as well as optimization scenarios; experience in distributed transactions and microservices governance is preferred;

   Collaboration and Habits: Familiar with Git, with habits in unit testing and self-testing;

Soft Skills

   Excellent communication and coordination skills with overall awareness;

   Strong ability to work under pressure, with a sense of ownership;
