1. Familiarity with software automation testing processes and fundamental software testing theories;

2. Ability to write test cases, conduct test case reviews, execute test cases, compile test plans, and prepare test reports;

3. Proficient in database-related skills, capable of performing basic SQL operations for data manipulation;

4. Familiarity with commonly used bug management tools, able to effectively track and validate bugs identified during testing;

5. Ability to independently understand product requirements, write test plans and test strategies based on these requirements, promote and initiate improvement plans, and provide reasonable suggestions and feedback.

Education and Major

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related fields;
• Possession of certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL is preferred.

Work Experience

• More than 3 years of project management experience, having independently led medium to large projects (such as system development, cloud migration, data platform construction, etc.);
• Familiarity with agile development (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project management methods (Waterfall model).

Skills Requirements

• Proficient in project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project);
• Technical background with familiarity in software development processes, databases, API integration, and other technical concepts;
• Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, team leadership, and ability to work under pressure;
