Role: Technical Customer Service Agent

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Schedule: Night Shift

• Identify and resolve the root causes of systemic issues to ensure they do not recur.

• Provide timely and effective support to customers via email and chat.

• Resolve customer issues related to website functionality, account management, subscriptions, orders, and payments.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and internal processes.

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time.

• Utilize internal tools and systems such as Shopify, Recharge, Rebuy, and Gorgias CRM to manage customer interactions and resolve inquiries effectively.

• Contribute to the creation and improvement of help center articles and FAQs to enhance self-service resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an e-commerce or subscription service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets).
  • Strong proficiency in using data analytics tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
