Description

We’re Hiring: Collections Specialist

Role: Collections Specialist
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Location: Philippines
Schedule: Night Shift
Contact consumers to negotiate payment arrangements for overdue bills.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
Collaborate effectively within a professional, problem-solving team.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and sound decision-making skills.
Maintain dependability and accountability in achieving collection goals.
Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills.
Efficiently multitask and prioritize accounts while ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.
Adapt to changes in a fast-paced and evolving organization.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections.
Knowledge of FDCPA guidelines is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
Experience in medical collections is preferred but not required.
