Role: Sales Administrator

Work Arrangement: Work From Office 

Location: Makati 

Schedule: Morning Shift  


Job Description:  

• Liaise with customers to provide excellent service and support.

• Ensure customers are invoiced promptly and that payments/deposits are allocated in a timely manner.

• Assist in reviewing customer credit applications.

• Maintain the company’s Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) to protect company assets.

• Work closely with sales representatives and Sales Managers to efficiently process sales and hire deals in the CRM and accounting systems.


Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Administration.

• Proven experience handling tasks outlined in the job description.

• Experience working with KPIs.

• Experience in call handling with Australian clients.

• Proficiency in operating Sales CRMs.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
