Description
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account details within the company database.
- Achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Support inventory management, generate Delivery Receipts (DRs), and provide direct assistance to clients and customers.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist with various operational needs as required to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a sales support or account management role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Sales Support, Customer Relationship Management, and teamwork. Strong analytical, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office-based
- Qualities and Traits: Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
