  • Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Responsible for achieving profitable sales volume and growth targets through opening new accounts, regular collaboration with clients, excellent customer service and quality execution of sales and marketing programs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, proposing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their requirements and ensure service delivery is at its best.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client's objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that influence account strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to management.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales management abilities.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong relationship-building and customer relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in competitor analysis and effective cold calling techniques.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City and can-do fieldwork around Metro Manila and provincial areas.
  • Can drive with valid driver's license, a plus.
  • Can start immediately.
