Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA + Distributor (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) Key Accounts Specialist to join our team.

The HORECA Key Accounts Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and distributor’s businesses to promote and sell our frozen seafood products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers within the hotel, restaurant, catering and distribution industry, including new establishments, and existing businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as hotel managers, restaurant owners, and catering directors, by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and achieve sales targets within the HORECA sector.
  • Providing reports for sales performance, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Create orders in our system for the customers within the hotel, restaurant, and catering industry.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • With record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the HORECA food industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the HORECA market, including its dynamics, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
