Kitchen Assistant

Job Description
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Support team in various kitchen tasks as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant kitchen experience is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential exposure to heat and sharp objects.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, reliable, attention to detail, and passion for food.
