Job Description
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Help with inventory management and storage of food items
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support team members in various kitchen tasks
- Job Title: Kitchen Assistant
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Cook skills, self-starter, kitchen hygiene, mise-en-place, customer-oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, dimsum helper.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, support chefs during service, and manage inventory.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with possible extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, reliable, proactive, and adaptable.
