- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Handle kitchen equipment and tools safely
- Ensure proper food storage and labeling
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations
- Support inventory management and restocking supplies

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a kitchen setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene, stewarding, mise-en-place, and customer-oriented service. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and heavy lifting capability required.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist chefs, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper food prep.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, reliable, organized, and adaptable.
