Description

  • Prepare and cook a variety of authentic South Indian dishes.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in food presentation and taste.
  • Manage inventory and kitchen supplies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient workflow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
  • Stay updated with culinary trends in South Indian cuisine.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in preparing traditional South Indian dishes, knowledge of spices and cooking techniques.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and cook dishes, manage kitchen inventory, maintain hygiene standards.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requires standing for long hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, passion for cooking, strong communication skills.
