Description
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff as needed during busy service times.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Job Title: Kitchen Steward
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Self-starter, cook skills, kitchen hygiene, stewarding, discretion, customer-oriented, mise-en-place, effective written and verbal communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist in food preparation, support cooks, and ensure proper storage.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and strong work ethic.
