Description
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, dishwashing equipment, and sanitation procedures.
- Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
- Ability to maintain par stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing departments.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a stewarding team.
Requirements
- Interested to WORK ABROAD.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in stewarding, preferably in a hotel, resort, or cruise ship setting.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role leading stewarding or kitchen support teams.
