Description
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the kitchen areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and storage as needed.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling operations.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean work environment.
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in kitchen hygiene, stewarding, and cooking skills; strong written and verbal communication; effective mise-en-place. with accounting skills
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, varying shifts required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, team player with a strong work ethic.
