  • Oversee construction of infrastructures such as roads, bridges, irrigation, water and sewerage system.
  • Reviews and performs plan reviews of subdivision improvements, development plans, soil and geotechnical reports, and structural calculations.
  • Reviews for compliance conditions of approval for all subdivision improvements and proposed developments, and makes recommendations to the Engineer.
  • Reviews and approves corrected plans.
  • Supervises personnel, including training, conducting personnel evaluations, and recommending disciplinary action.
  • Provides information regarding subdivision and site development program procedures, required submittals, plan processing and inspection to interested parties.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.


  1. Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
  2. At-least three (3) years of experience in Land Development or as Land Development Engineer.
  3. Knowledgeable in using surveying instruments such as theodolite and total station.
