Job Description
Description
- Design and maintain landscapes, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf.
- Perform lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
- Install hardscaping features such as patios and walkways.
- Handle maintenance tasks like pruning and pest control.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with public building landscapes, basic gardening techniques, and equipment operation.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor environment, ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, team player, reliable, and physically fit.
